The option "Continue deployment even if some patches cannot be downloaded" is available when i manually choose Deploy Missing Patch or only is available "automate patch deployment"

The option "Continue deployment even if some patches cannot be downloaded" is available when i manually choose Deploy Missing Patch or only is available "automate patch deployment"

I choose "deploy missing patch" because I have almost 250 patches without updating and it fails because you can not download a patch.
