Custom Cisco IDS memory monitor test monitor fail - The Monitor did not respond to the test request
The new monitor I created for monitoring memory utilization of my Cisco IDS is not showing any graph.
I tried to 'Test Monitor...' but it gives me an error: 'The Monitor did not respond to the test request'
My monitor implements the OID: (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.221.1.1.1.1.7*100)/(.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.221.1.1.1.1.7+.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.221.1.1.1.1.8)
Both OIDs return some value when I test it with 'ManageEngine MibBrowser'.
I tried to increase the 'DATA_COLLECTION_SNMP_TIMEOUT' value to 20 still gives the same error.
