Customize "Request Properties"

Is there a way to customize the fields a user sees on the "Request Properties" section of the main ticket page (the one before you get to when you click on the ticket number)? 

Right now it shows every field in the system. We'd like to limit the fields we don't use, if possible. But I can't seem to find a spot to do that.
