This may have been already asked, but I need to be able to recreate the Helpdesk Dashboard but be able to add more information to it.  I have been asked to add a date range and number of closed tickets to teh dashboard.

I need to have

Technician, open tickets, on hold tickets, overdue tickets, closed tickets, and Sunday to Sunday date range with the option to change.
