Just wondering if there's a reason why policies created under Deployment Policies are restricted from being modified by another administrator?

And also, why when we delete a policy, it is not removed from the list but are only marked as 'Deleted'.

Would be good if other administrators can modify / delete Deployment Policies that I created, and also be able to remove permanently policies that are no longer required from the list.
