Description from Request in task
We have an on-boarding off-boarding process where we are using task to assign responsibility to different agents. When we open the request we have predefined task that are assigned to the agents responsible for completing different portions of the process. The main request has details in the description that the agents in the task need, to complete their part. I am looking for a way or a feature request to have the description from the main request flow into the task so the agent assigned the task do not have to go back into the main request to get the information needed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
