Desktop Central 9 sp 1 ppm "not compatible with this product"

Likewise I followed the link displayed this morning and have downloaded:

ManageEngine_Desktop_Central_9_SP_1.ppm  and on attempt to install I get the error

"The ppm file that you have specified is not compatible with this product"

64-bit Windows 2008 R2... if it matters.
