Desktop Central agent updating ServiceDesk Plus

Desktop Central agent updating ServiceDesk Plus

I am running both Desktop Central and Servicedesk Plus and would like some clarification regarding the agents for both system. I have integrated the two system.

1. Do the assets require both system agents to be installed or does Desktop Central take priority?
2. Does the Desktop Central agent update Service Desk Plus with new assets i.e. if the asset is not already in the SDP CMDB?
