Desktop Central is unable to start after Patch 90045

Hello Team,

i´ve try to install the Security Patch with Build number 9_0_0_SP-0_45. During Installation i got the error, that some argument could not be read and the installation was aborting.

I restart the whole Server and the Services from the Desktop Central Core Server will not be starting.

Additionally, i canot install the newest Hotfix with Build number 9_0_0_SP-0_46 because i get a "unable to install update" warning and the installation is aborting.

I´ve found some lines in the "dc_service_log" and copy it below...

I think, the installation for Build 90045 was not complete but i cannot install Build 90046 and i don´t have the *.ppm file for Build 90045.

So, what can i do now?
