We would like to inform you that server hosting the Desktop Central Patch DB is currently down and team working on it to fix this issue asap. However, if Network allows the traffic from Singapore then you do not get a sync failures message.
  
Here's the IP details of server hosting the Patch DB:
74.201.126.219 - US Region - Down 74.201.126.227 - US Region - Down
117.20.43.137 - Singapore - UP and Running 117.20.43.155 - Singapore - UP and running
Due to this reason, you may get the Patch DB sync failure alerts. We request you to ignore this message for now.
