Details send to SDP through DC via agent in tray icon

Dear Team,

Please help me out.
I am using SDP 8.1 & DC 8.0, both are sync with each other and I deploy DC agent to all systems which are in domain. Now users are able to log call directly by using that tray icon "Send request to help Desk"
where details as Host-name, domain & user-name are automatically picked but here I want to pick IP address also, so is it possible????

A scenario is as:
