Device Expert. Backup failure. Enable Change Detection failure.
Hi,
I'm using Device Expert 30-day trail and trying to backup my ASA 5510. So I provided credentials and entered into the enable login mode successfully. But when I hit backup button in Actions menu I'm getting - Failure due to not supported commands. Also it says that operation timed out during transfer.
Is there any way to increase time out period in Device Expert or may be change the commands for configuration backup?
Also there is another issue. If I make any configuration changes the Changed by line is Not Available. And when I try to turn on Enable Change Detection it always fails and status stays Disabled.
What am I doing wrong?
