[Device Expert] Insecure Backup Method for Fortigate

I'm creating a new thread because I think the last one got lost.
We are using DeviceExpert to backup security Devices, and the only two available methods are Telnet-TFTP / SSH-TFTP.
The problem with this, is that when you are backuping a remote device, you are using a Highly unsecure method to transfer the config (TFTP).
Is there a way to achieve the same objective but using only SSH? This method is available for other devices (Like Juniper), but I cannot achieve the same result for Fortigate V4.0 and V5.0
