I have some virtual windows 2012 servers.

They are asigned to both the VMwareVirtualMachine and Windows 2012 R2 templates.  I want to remove the devices from the VMwareVirtualMachine and just use the Windows 2012 R2 Template.  If I go into the associate section of VMwareVirtualMachine and remove the device what ever I do afterwards associate or apply & overwrite the devices are never removed.


Any advise?
