Dear Manage Engine Team ,
I would like to know what are the difference between ITManage 360 and Service Desk Plus software .
Can Service Desk Plus handle create , update , delete functions of Assets , workstations , servers etc.?
I have been told by my org people that service desk plus is higher version of service desk software and it can now manage assets and devices too.
Please clarify me the above point.
