Disapearing populated fields

Disapearing populated fields

Is anyone having a problem since the update to 6162 with auto populated fields disappearing after they've been populated?
 
I'm getting complaints from a few of the help desk techs that create our user accounts. They say the problem is intermittent. When they are creating a user account using our templates the Full Name and Display Name fields auto populate properly but then the information in the fields disappears afterward. They say that it takes a number of tries before it works properly again and they usually have to log out and into AD Manager in order to get work most times.
 
I haven't been able to reproduce the issue on my end yet  but I don't create as many accounts as they do.
 
I just wanted to poll the group to see if anyone else is having this problem.
