Does HP Gbe2c switches support real time change detection functionality ??

Does HP Gbe2c switches support real time change detection functionality ??

I enable the real  time change detection but the next message is displayed:
 
Device(s) not supporting Configuration Detection through Syslog

Then i use wireshark to capture incoming traffic and i can see the syslog messages arriving from my switch.
What can i do??
