Hi,

Yes QEngine works with Windows 7 operating system,Kindly use the latest toolbar which works in Windows 7.

Follow the steps below, if the toolbar is already installed in the browser.If no, you can directly install the toolbar by executing the msi file.

1)uninstall the old QEngine toolbar by selecting the uninstall toolbar menu from the QEngine toolbar in the browser.

2)kindly execute QEngineToolBar.msi file and install the QEngine toolbar.close all the browsers.

And now connect to QEngine to test the application.
