Down Machines in DTC

Down Machines in DTC

I applied the 9.1.84 update on Monday 11/16/2015 of last week to my DTC server. After the update I have a great number of my machines reporting as down in DTC.

Also what is the acceptable time frame for machines to update their software I have a couple dozen that are alive and on the network that have yet to update.

I have bounced the machine that DTC is living on in an attempt to force the machines to reestablish connection to DTC.

I can ping the machines just fine and when I log onto the machines the Tray Icon shows that it is connected to DTC. But no change in status.

Why is there this discrepancy between what is actually going on and what DTC is reporting?
