Our current set up is thus.
Business Rule = If IT then place in Group IT
Business Rule = If VT then place in Group VT
All requesters have their site configured yet when an email comes in it's site is set to blank. So when we modify the request to show which site they are in upon closing SDP sends another email saying new request.
We have two sites (three including one set up for external users) and I have tried with having different saite settings and the default settings but it always sends the emails.
Why is SDP not recognising the site the user has come from or why is it stripping it?
