Email based integration..

Hi Team,

We are in the process of evaluating integrating Solarwinds monitoring tool with ZOHO manage engine Service Desk plus.

We need to know is there any possibility to auto ticket in SDP by email based integration.

If yes what is the format of email should be sent to SDP email ID .

Also need to know how to close the ticket automatically by email based integration.
