Enabled to access the USB drive

Enabled to access the USB drive

I have create the USB configuration one computer to block the USB access, except mouse. Here I have selected domain to effect the configuration. The option i have selected to create the configuration is with attachment file. 

Now , i need to enabled one computer , which is now restricted. Please guide us to do this.
