End users computer locks when AD SelfService Pus opens

User logging into remote accounting package via Cirtix.
When user logs the AD SelfService Pus opens asking to enroll and the computer hangs. and the only way out is Ctrl-Alt-Del and end task on the process.
Then the user can log in normally

It only happens once a day when they first login into Citrix.

Any thoughts/ suggestions?
