Error while integrating OpManager with Service Desk MSP

Error while integrating OpManager with Service Desk MSP

Greets,

I´m having a problem with the integration of OpManager with Service Desk MSP, the error in OpManager is:

"Cannot establish connection with SDP. Error message from SDP: Account name cannot be empty"

I filled all required fields, including user and password (local authentication with default administrator account). The SDP MSP is a fresh installation, servers are Windows 2012R2 and are in the same LAN, firewalls were deactivated for testing. 

OpManager is v11500 and the DB is a local MSSQL Express 2012.  
ServiceDesk MSP is v8309 and the DB is default POSTGRE.

Before, installing MSP version, I installed the regular Service Desk Plus version and the integration worked just fine, so I believe the problem is with MSP. Is there any known issue?
