Exclude mailbox creation on csv via template
We are currently working with bulk creation via csv using existing account creation templates.
We have about 120 templates we use however some users are requesting not to have a mailbox is there a simple way in the csv to say no mailbox without affecting users who require one.
I am loathed to create templates that state no mailbox however this may be a option to investigate.
If we create manually using the template we can simply click no mail on the radio button and clear the email address.
