Export data from Service Desk

Export data from Service Desk

Hi,

We are currently running v9 build 9040.

Please can you advise on what our options are if we wish to perform an export of ALL of our existing requests in our ServiceDesk installation, with the intention of moving to a new/alternative Help Desk system.

E.g. 
What file types is it possible to export to?
What fields is is possible/not possible to export?

I've had a look on the forums for similar posts, and also in the Admin guide - but cant find anything relevant.
