AppManager is throwing the following error regarding the state of AD

Health of AD is critical. Root Cause Analysis

Status since:  Tue Nov 11 17:02:12 GMT 2014 | Attribute: Health | Dependency Rule: Depends on any 1 child attributes

1. File Replication Service is down 

File Replication Service is no longer necessary on Windows Server 2012R2 and is deprecated in favor of Distributed File Services (DFS) replication.

If I remove the service manually from the monitor it keeps coming back throwing critical AD errors.

Can you advise?
