filtering asset view with [NOT] condition

SDP build Build 9027
when viewing asset details, we can "search" to only display column containing the specified string.
is there a way to specify a boolean on the text field?
for example:

is there a way to specify a boolean on the text field?
for example:
- list workstation that are NOT in a certain site (or sites)
- list printer that serial number DOES NOT contains certain string
- view all switches EXCEPT those from Cisco
