QEngine » firefox problem keep ask to install toolbar after install toolbar
We are also facing the same issue on FF3.0.10.
The browser fails to install QEngine plug-in.
Please refer the screenshot.
.Kindly create a new profile in firefox and then try to connect to QEngine through new profile.
For more info on creating the profile in firefox refer this link:

And
once the profile is created, provide the following patch under target
field of firefox properties window.To go to the properties window,
right click on firefox icon and click on properties menu.
I
have attached the image where you need to provide the patch "C:\Program
Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P for your reference.
Once
the patch is provided, everytime when you open the firefox, it will
give you the alert to choose the profile, kindly choose the new profile
name which you created to work with QEngine.
Kindly get back to us for any clarifications.

I have the same problem, The OS is Windows server 2003 64x Enterprise edition.
