GINA/MAC install error

GINA/MAC install error

Hi
There is one problem to install  GINA/Mac (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
Error message:
Try again after some time,There is already another Install process/scheduler running...  
There is no install process and scheduler we made but the error still same for 24 hours. 
How we solve this problem?
