Help for translate request from sdp to scp

We have a new unlimited SCP v-8015... but we have more than 30.000 request in our old SDP.

SCP have an option for import request from excel... and we can try translate these 30.000 request with the same id number.

If is it possible, the migration are more easy... the new answer received in SCP, over requests import from SDP reopen this request and we can work from the new environment.

The tool for import request from excel, d'ont have de id numer for charge from excel.

It is possible?
