How do I create an Average Response time report in ServiceDesk Plus?

How do I create an Average Response time report in ServiceDesk Plus?

I want to run a report that shows:  All tickets created within a given date range for a certain support group.  I also want to show the response time to each ticket and then average response time for each agent as well as the group as a whole.

Can someone assist with the steps to create a report like that?
