How do I determine the offending application that won't download

How do I determine the offending application that won't download

Hello,

I believe my web filter is preventing me from downloading some updates.  Is there a way I can tell which application is being blocked?  I'm getting the "Draft - Download Failed" error."

Any help is greatly appreciated.
