How do I know what timezone is in reports?
Sorry for what might be a silly question, but if I'm looking at a report, how would I know what timezone is being used for the data being shown in the report?
In a similar way, what timezone is being used when defining the Business Hours and other schedules?
Finally, what is the definition of "This Week"? - Is that Sun-Sat or Sat-Sun? I really wish you had an option for a custom period for reporting.
