How do I setup correct automation of inactive users?

I'm working on implementing ADManager and is trying to figure out how I can disable inactive users.

I have found that Automation is available in the Pro version so I want to use that. However, I need to filter on OU where the users are located.

In the current setup I can only see that it is possible to filter on user attributes. But the reports that Automation runs on, can these be filtered on OU?

If it is not possible to filter on OU, then I need to propose a change in our AD structure to my internal team. Or if ManageEngine can implement more filter options.
