How should we transition our technicians from one domain to a shared domain?
Hey all,
Currently our MSP is on its own domain (company.local). We have decided to get rid of this domain and instead start using accounts on our parent company's domain (corp.company.com). How should we go about this? I know we will need to use the shared domain option but I don't know what to do beyond that.
