How to change the header of the Report's header?

Hi Dear Support,

I have a task to add to query report some information in the header. So I had no problem to wright query report and at the moment it looks like a table.

Now I need to add some custom information in the top part of the report: several text lines and dates period, which were used in the query.

Please advise, how can I do this?

We are using MESDP 8.0.0 Build 8017.

Irina,

The feature which you have requested to add custom lines in Report header is currently unavailable in the Product. As per the data model this feature cannot be included.

Hi, Dear Support Team,

Thank you for response, but I suspect, my question was not clear enough, so I need to precise:

The custom information, to be plased in the report header, is static and there is not necessary to keep it in the database, so are you sure, that there will be some impact on the data model?

Alternatively, could you please advise, is it possible to connect to the MESD database, with some another applcation in order to extract data and compose the reports as it is necessary for our organization?

Irina,

To have a static reports header is currently unavailable in the Product.

You can connect to the database from other application like SQL yog.

Username to connect to the database-root
Password-- No password
Port- 33366
database name - servicedesk
