We recently updated Desktop Central to the latest version and have noticed some differences in how the Remote Control tool is working.

1. HTML5 version doesn't seem to put anything on the screen to let users know a technician is connected like previous versions did?
2. We have one technician that is getting a different Remote Control Tool from the other three technicians. He gets the older version with the tool bar across the top of the screen and the floating Quick Launch button.

Are these known issues? We can live with them they way they are but my managers are asking me why this is the case so any clarification from your end would be appreciated.
