Importing Requesters from LDAP

Hello,

I am evaluating ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus on premises. I am trying to import requesters from our OpenLDAP directory, following the documentation here

The users get imported however their E-mail is missing.

We do not use the mail LDAP attribute, but rather 'primaryEmailAddress'. As such I have set the LDAP Server Type to 'Others' and the Mail Attribute Label to primaryEmailAddress.

As I said, Requester get imported fine, with your product automatically pulling in an impressive amount of information from our directory, however the email attribute is missing from all of them.

I should note that I have also connected other ticketing systems that we are evaluating (JIRA Service Desk and SolarWinds Web Help Desk, so far) and they were able to set the email address after I told them to use primaryEmailAddress as the email attribute.
