Installed Software Not Listed

After running an asset scan on a machine I look at the list of Installed Software and a specific application that I know is installed on the machine is not listed. This program is installed on all machines and it shows up on most but not all of the machines in the Installed Software list. I've found that if I uninstall and re-install the agent on those machines it quickly finds the missing application.

Re-installing the agent on all affected machines is a poor solution so please let me know if there is another way to fix this.
