installed software view does not update

installed software view does not update

Dear Asset Explorer Expertise,

I have got a problem that the installed software (Autocad 2016) does not update.

Referring to the screenshot, the Autocad 2016 - 簡體中文 (Simplified Chinese) was displayed with 2 installed , but 3 allocated.

Actually, when you drill-down, you can see 3 workstations installing with Autocad 2016, but the overview only displayed 2.

Here I would like to know how can I fix it?
