Installing Password Sync Agent as Service

Installing Password Sync Agent as Service

We have installed the password sync agent on the PDC which is running windows server 2012.  When I right-click the Password Sync Agent icon on the system tray, the options start service and stop service are grayed out.  

What do we need to do to install it as a service?  These steps are not mentioned in the install instructions.
