Integration with Aplications Manager

We have a Appmanager environment with 1500 monitors we like to use IT360 integrated with Appmanager to use the features of Business Service Management.

The appmanager have server and application monitoring but don´t have a module that define dependencies and fault management, this can help us to resolve many management problems here.

To help you understand it better, IT360 is based on Applications Manager. It includes the following :

Network Monitoring through OpManager
Traffic Monitoring through Netflow
ServiceDesk ITIL

You can configure Dependencies for the Monitors and Applications Manager and / or IT360 helps in Fault Management.

You can feel free to try IT360 and we would also offer to move your production database on Applications Manager to IT360 based on priority and need.
