iOS App and LDAP authentification not work

Hi, 

Does not work authorization via LDAP while trying to log in through ServiceDesk Plus MSP for iOS, informs that the username or password is not correct, although if you go under the same user account via a browser, then everything is OK. 

Login and password specified are correct. Domain entered one that is registered in the Domain Name in the LDAP settings.

At the same time if you enter the credentials of a local user "administrator" in iOS App, there is no problem.

For LDAP account techncian API key was generated.

How can I fix this problem?
