iPhone App Push Notifications

iPhone App Push Notifications

We cannot get Push Notifications to work for the ServiceDesk Plus iPhone App.

They are turned on, and I've checked the Notification Centre settings for the app and it is set to Alerts but no alerts come through when a new request is made or even assigned to me
