We are currently running opmanager with 400 monitored nodes ca 100000 interface, on application surveillance we are running 450 nodes

My question is basically does it360 fit our park? And does it360 support probes (distributed version?)

IT360 is for managing Network Infrastructure combined with Server and Application Performance Management for a single enterprise, tied together with ServiceDesk solution. It is a stand-alone edition and there is no distributed version of this software, though, you can do some network configuration changes to manage devices across various data centers or network segments.

Considering the scalability to an interface count of 1,00,000, i would suggest you to try IMS ( or ) OpManager Distributed Edition.
