Mail Server Authentication failed

Mail Server Authentication failed

I have recently install OpManager and and when we are using Office 365 for our exchange services. When I tries to setup the Mail Server Settings I get the error "Primary: Mail server authentication failed for smtp.office365.com. Please check your user name and password." ( https://gyazo.com/f5025412b54b7ff5ea9dc4a08b9a7497). After researching this and reading many posts, I have restarted the OpManager service on the server, reset the password, logged into Office 365 as the user and verified that password works. I know there are several posts regarding this issue but none of the solutions have helped.
