Mail Server Settings, Use Secure Connections(SSL/TLS) dropdown is blank

See attached screenshot. The
Use Secure Connections(SSL/TLS) dropdown is blank, and I need to choose either SSL or TLS for my office365 settings.
 
Any help greatly appreciated!
