Managed Server Instance unable to Start

Dear Team,


We are facing an issue while connecting to one of our Managed servers, we have restarted it , it comes online but when we access to web , it stops responding , The alarms are being generated from the managed server instance but on the main admin server is shows as down and the GUI is inaccessible as well.


We have performed the below steps again and again still no luck.


1.) Please open run and enter services.msc and stop the service of AppManager and disable the service completely.

2.) Not open command prompt with admin rights and navigate to AppManager Home directory and execute the command  shutdownApplicationsManager.bat -force (execute this command until you get a message that there is no process related to  AppManager is running)

3.) Go to the AppManager/logs folder and rename the logs folder to logs_old and create a new folder in the name of logs.

4.) Restart the server completely and once the server is started go to services.msc again and enable the service of AppManager. Then start the service.

We have tried restarting the service also, but its not working. Below links has the support information file.


We have also tried replacing the server.xml file , we have tried restarting the server on which the managed server is hosted but nothing works out.
