Missing information - Availability Report

Hello All.

I have OpManager Build Number 8811 and I´m facing a weird issue.

Monthly I create manually an availability report of my devices about its availability on last 30 days,

Sometimes reports shows only a couple of days. It seems that information aren´t recorded on database.

Only after restart services the data are recorded again, but the missing information isn´t recovered.

As long as create the report once a month, I can´t identify when problem occurs.


Any idea?


I also would like to know what tables/Stored Procedures are responsible to create this report.
